Treatment Fees
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's orthodontic problems, and all fees and payment options will be discussed before treatment begins. There are no "hidden" fees when you begin treatment in our office. We will work with you to set up a payment plan that fits within your budget. We also accept assignment from all insurance plans and we will file the necessary paperwork with your insurance company for you. With your assistance, we can make orthodontic treatment affordable to anyone who desires treatment. For your convenience, we will accept payment with most major credit cards.

Payment Plans
If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount. To help fit orthodontic treatment into your budget, we offer payment plans that can extend the payment of the treatment fee throughout the duration of your orthodontic treatment. No interest or financing charges will be assessed.

Orthodontic Insurance
We accept all valid forms of insurance. Unlike insurance coverage for regular dental treatment, most orthodontic coverage typically has a lifetime maximum benefit for each insured individual for orthodontic services rendered. The insurance benefit will be credited to your total treatment fee and, and as a convenience to you, we will accept payments directly from your insurance carrier. These benefits are generally paid monthly or quarterly throughout the duration of treatment until the maximum benefit has been received.

Since there are many different agreements between insurance carriers and their subscribers, we will gladly assist you in determining the coverage you have available. In order to obtain your benefits for orthodontic coverage, you will need to provide us with your complete insurance information. From this information and the findings obtained from the initial consultation appointment, we will be able to submit an insurance claim to your insurance carrier.

Medical Reimbursement Accounts
For medical reimbursement accounts (flex accounts), you may submit a copy of your account information provided by our office. Just ask our front desk staff for a printout and they will assist you in this process.
